Returned the car on time. They gave me paperwork that says I owe nothing and took the 250 dollar hold off my card only to add another charge the same day and no one there can tell me what it is for. Please check your transactions as they are ripping people off. Iam in the process of filing credit card fraud charges on them. Please be aware of what changes they are changing you. I would rent from someone else if I was you.
Amazing customer service! We showed up to pick up our rental after 2:00 on a Saturday and they were closed at 1:00. We had gotten the hours wrong. An employee just happened to be stopping by their office and went ahead and got us our rental even though they were closed and we are so grateful. Third time renting from them and they have been great every time. Highly recommend!
The car was clean, nice, and exactly what we needed. Skip was super helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. Great experience overall, and I would definitely rent from them again!
Professional and attentive staff. The staff goes above and beyond to meet my business needs.
Garrett at Avis is incredible to work with! He helped me secure a great deal, and the entire process was seamless, quick, and hassle free. I recommend him to everyone and will definitely continue to be a loyal customer for years to come!
