This is a family owned Avis location. Staff is so kind and determined to help their customers. We got in a very rough situation due to a mistake made by a corporate Avis employee. The staff went above and beyond to to help us find a car so I could make it to my best friend’s wedding 4 hours away. Cannot recommend enough!!!! Truly the BEST rental car experience I’ve ever had.
The customer service & price were good, but the vehicle was filthy & smelled like dirty laundry.
When we picked up the vehicle it was the filthiest rental we’ve ever experienced. The agent with the mustache working the counter did a “quick” vacuumed two carpets and cleaned one window which took over an hour. We waited with another family that was having the same issue. Not to mention the agent did not add a day to the return date after we specifically asked for an extra day to the reservation. The vehicle wobbled terribly, and had been due for service. I am a corporate customer and I do business with this office with over 300 rental days per year. I highly recommend Garrett and his crew. They have went out of their way to make sure all of our needs are met. Everyone there has always been super professional and polite and I hope to do business with him and his crew for many years to come.
