When we picked up the vehicle it was the filthiest rental we’ve ever experienced. The agent with the mustache working the counter did a “quick” vacuumed two carpets and cleaned one window which took over an hour. We waited with another family that was having the same issue. Not to mention the agent did not add a day to the return date after we specifically asked for an extra day to the reservation. The vehicle wobbled terribly, and had been due for service. I am a corporate customer and I do business with this office with over 300 rental days per year. I highly recommend Garrett and his crew. They have went out of their way to make sure all of our needs are met. Everyone there has always been super professional and polite and I hope to do business with him and his crew for many years to come.
Check in was quick, counter attendant was polite. The car was filthy, nobody even tried to fake it. Trash, crumbs, grease spots. Oil change light is flashing at me. Oh and to top it all off there was a can of alcohol open and under the seat. What happens when I am pulled over and have consequences as a result of Avis negligence? *****DOUBLE CHECK YOUR CAR WHEN RENTING FROM THIS LOCATION*******
