Avis Rent-A-Car sucks big time!! Look at their hours. ONLY OPEN TIL 3PM! Lousy options to come n go. Go elsewhere.
Very friendly and helpful
We arrived after hours and they left the gate open with keys in a lockbox so we could get our jeep rental!
This rental process was smoother than I could have imagined! Everything was clearly explained and we were told what was expected by return! The jeep enabled us to venture throughout the island extremely comfortably! Our agent who dealt with our pick up and return was very thorough and she was amazing and even gave us the best recommendations for the island! Whenever I get to come back I will definitely use them. One of the best rental service. The staff was very professional and efficient on documents and car checks. Everything was well explained and transparent on fees. I normally got negative/bad experiences on car rentals but this place shines. Ps. you definitely need a jeep wrangler if you want to drive to several beaches. The road condition could be rough.
