The jeep we rented was great, we were surprised it was so nice since it was a rental. It was cleaned and vacuumed, ran smoothly. They warned us not to get the seats wet or we would be charged, because they can’t rent out a car with wet seats to the next person (makes sense), so we kept towels in the car. We called the office number the day before our rental and arranged pickup at the ferry for when we would arrive. Great service, I texted them and they responded quickly then followed up with a call to confirm everything. I didn’t have to pay until I picked up the car. They even shuttled us to the ferry for free

By far the best Avis location I've ever rented at! Courteous and amazing service- they even answer messages via WhatsApp and offer airport pickup/dropoff!
