THEY ARE A SCAM! I live across the country and never used this company before or rented a car. They used my credit card info at this location..
This place is stealing credit card info from the Avis customer database! Received an alert from my credit card for a charge from this location. Immediately called them and when i questioned the guy that answered the phone he said they were closed and he was just a security guard. Early afternoon on a Wednesday. Right. The workers are scammers.
My credit card was fraudulently used in the Virginia Beach location ($585.01) and another charge showed up across the country at an Avis in Van Nuys California ($6 .30) two months AFTER my credit card was reported and disabled. Calling and calling to try to track down what name was used as I don't see how they rented out the car without checking the driver license against the credit card (that they never had physically).
