This is an old school attorney that will cost you a lot of money. Your retainer fee will disappear quickly due to the lack of a client portal and reduced hourly rates for a paralegal. My balance was very low in spite of having just a few phone conversations and two in office visits. She was transparent about going to mediation and court that she would need another retainer fee . Do not trust her. She didn't tell me up front that her retainer was $5,000 and she wanted me to pay upfront $225 just for a conversation.
