Poor communication. Absolutely terrible experience. The car rental team had zero communication and didn’t listen to anything I said. I booked a specific car and but they gave downgraded car and when asked they simply said "not available". When I tried to raise the issue, they brushed it off.

It has been a marvellous experience. We had this car from Avis for 6 days and it’s good neat and tidy. Devi who has been super friendly and patient. Everything was well explained and charges were crystal clear. I’ll definitely choose Avis next time.

酷い目に会いました！ 日本からの飛行機が遅延してシドニー→ホバートへの乗り継ぎ便に乗れなかったので、予定していたより遅い便に乗ることになりました。 バウチャーに書かれている受け取り時間変更専用の電話番号にかけるも通じません。他に書かれていた番号もどれもつながりませんでした。ネットで調べてホームページに記載のAvis Customer Service Portalにかけるとやっとつながり、AVIS空港事務所は21:45分で閉まると言われたので、21:30〜21:45に行くということで了承しました。 その後AVIS空港事務所に21:35に到着しましたが、なんと事務所は真っ暗で閉まっていました！誰もいません。唖然としました。 他のレンタル会社はまだ開いていたので、Budgetにいた2人の女性に事情を話すとAvisの電話番号を調べてくれてかけてくれましたが誰も出ませんでした。 その後他のレンタル会社で今から借りれる車はないかと聞いてもさすがに遅い時間ですし、予約をしていないとどこもダメでした。 仕方が無いので、タクシーでホバートの街のホテルまで行きました。 私達だけかと思ってたら、Googleのレビューみてびっくり。同じような目にあってる人がいました。... read more

NEVER EVER again!! Customer service terrible!! Charged my card twice for the vehicle and still no deposit back after 5 days. Spent 40 minutes on the phone sorting it out with little information on what went wrong. Can’t speak directly to Hobart AVIS your sent to a customer service centre who are extremely difficult to understand.

Amazing service here and on my whole trip with Avis - friendly, courteous and no hidden fees or problems in the slightest! Highly recommend the team here!
