Rude staff behind the counter! They also charged a large amount to my credit card without informing us, after the vehicle was returned. When I contested it, they said it could take up to five weeks for a response. In the end, they refunded the amount as it had been taken in error. Very poor customer service. I recommend blocking your credit card or placing it on hold when returning a rental to avoid incorrect charges, as they keep your card details on file and won’t notify you in advance before taking money.

Customer service is beyond ridiculous.
Patrick who is apparently an acting manager it’s trying to get me for another security deposit when I’m trying to extend my car and stating you can only extend 3 times during a rental however customer service phone number states you can extend a rental as many times as you like during a 28 day period. He also apparently cannot give me the individual date charges stating it’s irrelevant information when it’s important information I require so I no how much I’m being charged daily extremely rude and unhelpful Patrick who won’t... read more
