Wouldn’t recommend this rental company to literally anyone, I paid a deposit the day I picked up the car and then returned it a week later, midnight the next day they take more money from my account as if I didn’t give a deposit, so really I was suppose to get my deposit back and can’t even give my money back. Hopeless company

Georgia was so personable and provided me with peace of mind right off the bat with a $0 excess, answering all of my questions around damage without missing a beat. She preempted other concerns I had and delivered a flawless service. I was sorted within a few minutes and was able to get on the road much faster than I’d anticipated. Thanks, Georgia!
If could give no stars I would firstly the staff at gold Coast were good.but Avis need to be a bit more upfront with the extra costs. I had a flat tyre on my Rental couldn't get the wheel nuts loose .even had help from a bystander. Still couldn't get them off. Called avis road side the guy came out replaced the flat with the space saver tire.tried to call avis re what to do re the flat being Sunday.
