Very bad experience. Untrained employee who forgot to give me my gps. Then i had to ring her to get the pin code for it.she rang 1 hr later with it. The avis computer system double charged me in which i was a week chasing my money back ringing avis offices in adelaide and sydney . Both ferry and airport offices in devonport were closed most of the time. Nightmare
