Trying to Rip off without informing the customer without any reason. Was really upset. When i left the rental car staff told me everything is alright and will get the security money back with in 3 business days, but they charged me 23.92$ without informing and when i asked reason they said was i drop the car exceeding more than one hour as i live 5mins walking distance to AVIS in Smith St. Really unhappy with dishonesty shown. Think before you choose.
