Please Don't deal with Duty Manager Mr Edwin, he is not a customer focused guy, not helpful or not flexible enough, always, his aim on money making for the company. But Terminal site staff were great.
Another 1 star review. If I could rate -25 /10 I would. Words can't describe how bad their service is.
Understaffed. Everyone trying to cram into a tiny office in the carpark. Staff member serving didn't bother asking if anyone in the queue was Avis Preferred. Wasn't the most amazing experience, was initially asked if I'd accept a smaller vehicle, I politely declined as we were paying over $1500 for a 4WD, then after I said that magically a LandCruiser appeared. Didn't have issues with the rental. Return was confusing, had to queue again just to hand the keys back, again despite being Avis Prefered, and it's not like they eve... read more
