The customer service I received from this store is top-notch. The team is consistently courteous, professional, and genuinely committed to helping in any way they can.
The worst customer service ever picke day. I gave them $275 for a week + $200 deposit which I never got back and gave her my credit card just in case if I Kept the car longer That was in December during the holidays. I went there every single day in the morning to renew it. They open late they’re never on time. They end up coming to my house at 4 o’clock in the morning when I’m asleep and towed the car with all my stuff in That I never got back still, And $1700 out of my account!!! You ended the day with 28 cars on your lot with only 1 pick up scheduled for tomorrow and because we walked in 14 minutes past closing we were turned away even though all the precheck and payments were done this morning...thank God for the Preston road location (who closes at 2 because he is the busiest franchise in the metroplex...stayed for us to accommodate your terrible customer service) avoid this location like the plague...its locations like this store that give them a bad name but use the preston rd location over this... read more
