Do not let This guy shivam,Shay, Yash help you in rental your car. I had a reservation one day prior my appointment date, When I arrived to this location, he lied and said there is no car available even though the reservation still show active,aalso said he called me and left a voicemail which is a second lie.. Avis should fire this guy and hire customer service that do the work they are paid for. Thank you NO MORE BUSINESS WITH AVIS!!
Rented a car well in advance, but was told on the morning of the rental day that they don't have any gas cars available. The employee insisted that he left me a voicemail the previous day, but I had not received any call or voicemail and the employee couldn't verify that I had been called the previous day.
