One star Avis. I booked an ev car on Avis.com I received a confirmation email from Avis.They don't have eligible vehicles when I was at the office.My best recommendation to call them and make sure your vehicle is ready.You'll be disappointed when you are there.

I rented a car to drive for Uber for several months at this location. There were numerous issues ranging from billing to mechanical. Steven, the manager, gets 5-stars. However the owner (?) Shivam gets a one-star. This location is independently owned and operated and doesn't positively represent the Avis brand. I emailed about the lights needing to be replaced on the car and was told to purchase them and replace them myself. I declined because that isnt in Uber’s rental agreement. Worst place ever. I had my reservation at 8am. The guy in charge named Steven did not show up until 8:45. His colleagues won’t even help him to serve costumers. Model 3 which I reserved was not available. Sloppy performance by the crew of this rental.

Very disappointing - do not recommend using this place. They didn’t even have my car available for me when I came to pick it up. They said “we’re still waiting on our cars to arrive”. I had made the reservation well in advance.
