Very bad experience. I parked the car in the motel car park and asked the lady in the reception if this is ok. She said that the return was ok. However, I received a 2-hour additional fee in the receipt saying that we returned that car late, which is not true. I have tried to sort this error out via e-mail, but I have not received a refund for the additional fee.
