Phillis was excellent
Been using Avis for years and always get looked after. Phillis’s smiling face and our friendly banter this morning at Brisbane airport is what the world needs more of. Would have been five star but there was a price surge. Probably due to school holidays perhaps.
Long wait, no cars ready. Nice staff but poorly organised systems. 45 min plus from arriving to getting a car.
Quick service, good car, no hassle car return (shout-out to Phillis!). Exactly what you should expect at Avis. Happy days.
