I made an online reservation a few days prior to picking up my rental. The Toyota camry was a nice car. It was clean and ready to go. Customer service experience was a 10/10!! I was checked in by 2 very nice, friendly and helpful ladies. One young lady was new, and Amy( I think!) was very nice and helped the newer lady with everything. I asked the ladies their names, but I'm sorry, ladies...I forgot your names for my review! But..outstanding service and I was out the door in 15 minutes! I've been to a lot of Avis rentals and sadly this is still the worst. I appreciate the new location but still same staff. I kid you not, I waited for the doors to open at 8 so I could get on the road, to be greated as doors unlocked with "you can have a seat, I've been here a while and I'm going to take a break", cigarette in hand. And once again, car wasn't ready to pickup - 3rd time in a row now. What's the point of reserving it if it surprises you? Gives you plenty of time to write this review while you sit and wait. Check your receipt carefully - charged extra hours for early return! I dropped off my rental car and handed over the key before 10:00 AM, but when I checked my final receipt, the branch logged my return time as 2:00 PM. They charged me an extra $50 for four hours the car was already sitting on their lot. I usually don't inspect my receipts closely, but I happened to glance at this one and was shocked to see a secret charge added with zero notice or explanation.

The agent was alone when I went to pick up my car and it hadn't been cleaned. She was friendly, and I got a great car. Also alone and overwhelmed when I returned it. Low rating because I got charged for the fuel service even though I filled up the car before I returned it. I mentioned it as soon as I saw the receipt, and she said she would take care of it but didn't. Called back another time, same thing. I'm disappointed because it was a great car but this is a problem.
