Small operation at Burlington, Iowa Airport. Only open 9 to 6. If your plane gets in after hours, there is no one there. They also do not honor reservation of certain cars. They have limited cars and give what they have.
Great customer service i'll rent from them every time
We rent regularly from Avis but will not anymore, we had $125 added to our bill. When we fought that they first blamed it on not filling the gas tank up, which we answered back with receipts of gas and pictures of the full gas tank. They then went on to say the charge was for extra insurance. I always deny the insurance so I showed them the contract. They did not refund my money, and with all that proof, We talked to multiple people even reported it to the better Business bureau and they had no response. But nobody would ref... read more
The only place I rent cars. Rented a Kia got upgraded to a Ridgeline!!! Inside was very clean and smelled good. It was out of washer fluid.
