A very smooth and efficient process. Eric was very helpful in particular giving advice with regard to tolls on my planned route. Will definitely rent here again.
Great experience from this place. Virgil was the person who helped me out with my rental of vehicle. He went out his way to get what I needed, I will come back again and see him. Good place to rent a vehicle from with great customer service onsite!!
Uber drivers or anyone with travel plans, beware! They don’t actually have gas cars, but they’ll offer them when you book. Then, right before pickup, they’ll tell you they only have electric cars. Charging can cost more than gas depending on the rates, and this can completely mess up your plans. I’d cancel any upcoming pickup and go somewhere else to save yourself the headache.
Virgil was extremely helpful! He was so kind. I hope to see him again one day.
Thanks for working with me today, I would have liked to have the Ford, but I am happy I atleast got a vehicle. TY
