Friendly service, reasonable price
I traveled the world and rent cars all over the place in different locations big places, LAX Buenos Aires. I’ve never been treated better than at the Avis in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
We had an excellent experience renting from Avis, thanks to Lenny! He was friendly, professional, and made the entire rental process quick and stress-free. He took the time to answer our questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure we had everything we needed before we left. My flight was unexpectedly rerouted to Cheyenne. I called Avis and told them I was on my way to rent a car and that I would be there before they close at 6:00pm. I arrived at 5:50 and no one was there. I was stranded in the airport with my infant daughter so that an employee could clock out early. Beyond horrible service.
