Mingmar was extremely helpful and friendly! He made the experience of pick up and drop off super easy and pleasant! We got a nice car and pick up and drop off went very smooth and without any problems.
Initially, I gave this car rental agency one star because we had some serious issues with our rental at this particular location. At first, it seemed that no one was willing to assist us and that there was no way to resolve the problems. I rented 2 times and both cars were stinks. Terrible customer service
I am leaving this review as I was present during this rental with my partner (Case #331320). We experienced terrible service at the New York counter, where we were charged around $380 for unauthorized add-ons and services already paid for online. Avis replied to my partner's review asking us to email socialinfo@avis.com with Case #331320. We followed all instructions immediately, but to this day we have received zero response and no refund. Extremely poor customer support. Still waiting for a resolution.
Unfortunately, I must give a star to this disgraceful car renting. We had a terrible experience with an employee named “Empress”, really really rude with us. Se repeatedly avoided to answer properly to all of our questions, giving us the idea that she wanted to manipulate us in some way. We come from a foreign country, so we don’t know exactly how the tolls work in USA.
