I’m at a reservation the day before to pick up a car at 9:30 10 o’clock the next day I got a phone call around 9:30 10 o’clock saying they didn’t have no cars available so why even bother to go through the paperwork all reservation wasting my time for this particular place not to have the car available very shitty service. Think twice about renting from this place.I will from enterprise before this place so zero stars or no star at all

My car reservation was cancelled on the day I was supposed to pick it up and one hour after I called them to tell them when I would be arriving to pick up the car. I had made this reservation a month in advance because I was traveling to Texas from Europe for a holiday. I received no less then 7 emails from Avis about my reservation only to have it cancelled with the reason being they no longer had cars to rent. Despite a confirmed, prepaid reservation, the station did not have a car available. While that alone is unfortunate, the clerk further informed me that I would have to call AVIS customer service to receive a refund, doubling the inconvenience. They also suggested I was not the only customer that day with this problem. Luckily, Enterprise is only a short walk away…

Had a prebooked rental to collect at this location- arrived at appointed time and no vehicles were available. We were told we would need to wait until a vehicle was returned and they had no idea when that might be. Was given option of going to airport which was 20 miles in wrong direction “where they might be able to help us” or waiting for a return. I made reservations the day before and when I got there there were no cars available. It’s stinks outside of this location, there are about 10 cats hanging in the parking lot and there are a lot of homeless people walking around outside. The staff aren’t friendly and are unprofessional. They need a better system in place because I completely wasted my time going up there thinking I was going to have a vehicle. Avoid this place if you can.
