Nicole with Avis Car Rental is incredible in her ability to go above and beyond for my time in the 701. Thank you for communicating at a high level and doing the extra to help out me in a tough situation! Next time I’m in Williston, I’ll rent with Avis for this act of kindness.
Typically renting a car is more of a hassle then not, BUT I had the pleasure of having Misty as a Avis rep and she was absolutely phenomenal! Made the experience quick, easy and enjoyable! Thanks to Misty I will only be renting from Avis from now on! I absolutely love when I can feel that someone loves their job and their good at it and I can absolutely say I had that experience! Thank you.
Delta airlines stranded us at Bismarck airport, We were supposed to fly into Williston ND. Avis had a car we could rent and turn back into Williston Airport. Delta wanted to send us back to MN airport that was not helping us get to our son who was graduating college. Thank you Avis for getting us to our son and graduation.
