Agian, luckily I had my sister there to catch my mistake. I accidentally put the drop off location as local instead of out of state. There was a huge price difference. The lady behind the counter went out of her way to help me out. Thank you so much for helping my mom and I get home without breaking the bank! I let the drop off location know about the vehicle having an issue with the screen/ computer system. It was a bit inconvenient with the screen going black and the heat popping on. Do not use this rental-dirty cars, dented, smelly and staff don't care. Never renting from here again. Just noticed all of the other rotten reviews. Time to notify HQ.

I was impacted by the rental car shortage and had a reservation secured for me at this location through my travel service. Unfortunately, the experience once I arrived was very disappointing. The employee I interacted with had an attitude from the moment I walked in and was not willing to assist in any way. I even offered to take a car later in the day since I still had a two-hour drive ahead of me, but no effort was made to help find a solution or offer alternatives.
