I have one way picked up and dropped off at this location and have had nothing beyond typical "rental car" experiences. The typical big issues are "no cars available" or not the right type of vehicle, this is due to the parent company and how broken the system is for rental vehicles across the US and not specific to this location. The staff I dealt with here were great and helped out as best they can with the limitations they had. They were polite both in person and on the phone.

Consistently disappointing. Second time I requested an SUV and ended up with something else, specifically a car I’m not comfortable driving (sedan). I asked if they call people ahead of time, and Mary essentially said “yes but I didn’t call you”. It’s a holiday weekend so no other rental places are open until Tuesday (it’s Sunday). Would’ve been nice to know so I could’ve found something else, and didn’t experience something that adds stress to my car breaking down.

This place was HORRIBLE!! The front desk woman was not helpful at all and was beyond rude!! Listen to the reviews and stay away from this place!!

My rental return process here was pretty easy and uneventful which is a good thing.

Agian, luckily I had my sister there to catch my mistake. I accidentally put the drop off location as local instead of out of state. There was a huge price difference. The lady behind the counter went out of her way to help me out. Thank you so much for helping my mom and I get home without breaking the bank! I let the drop off location know about the vehicle having an issue with the screen/ computer system. It was a bit inconvenient with the screen going black and the heat popping on. They ended up putting it out of service... read more
