I have never had a bad experience until now. I have rented over 20 cars from that location and then I just get called a liar and laughed at by the lady there and accuse me for having a dog in a car and called me a liar.
Heather stepped up to go way above and beyond to help me out. Thank you Heather!!!
Very helpful. This is especially true if you choose to not use credit cards.
Avis is great, you tend to pay just a little more than other companies when it comes to leisure rentals, but the service Was great.
