As the new operator of this location, Sam has really turned things around. The difference in customer service and the cleanliness of the car, compared to previous experiences, has been night and day. Glad they switched ownership and now I’d be happy and looking forward to coming back. Great overall experience.
The worst experience of my life. I rented a car and from the start it was bad. I had to walk to the back and get the car myself. Ok fine, got to the car the car was dirty and had a cracked windshield. They sent me a damage report for. If they would have walk and checked the car out they would have notice that. But the absolute worst part is I returned the car the next morning!!!
