Beware! Even though you make a reservation a month in advance it doesn’t mean you are guaranteed a car. How do you run a business like this? I was notified the day I was supposed to pick up that the previous renter extended their lease and it was no longer available to me. If you know you have a reservation wouldn’t you be prepared for situations like this? (Owner said it happens a lot) all he did was apologize no effort in guaranteeing another car. I have zero trust in renting from this location again.

Our trip started with a 12-passenger Transit van, but once we got to the area, we realized we really needed a 4WD vehicle for the roads. We had a group of 8, and Kyle was awesome. He quickly found us a different vehicle and had us back on the road in no time. We really appreciated how easy he made the whole process. Great customer service and a big thank you to Kyle for helping save our trip!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely frustrating. The online reservation system showed a vehicle was available, but my reservation was not fulfilled. Customer service was unhelpful and continued to state a car was available when it wasn’t. This lack of accurate information led to a terrible customer experience.

The best rental experience I’ve had. Staff is great! Friendly and very helpful. Quick and smooth process to checkin and checkout. Will be using this location again!! Thanks guys for renting me a great vehicle and making it a stress free process.
