Don’t dare rent a car from any other establishment, these guys are absolutely the best from overall service to quality a product, look no further!
I reserved a car online and prepaid. I later received a call that they had no cars, and since I prepaid I would have to call customer service for a refund. I did, and they kindly told me their system was not functioning and I'd have to call late. This is 2026, the website should be able to cross reference local inventory and prevent THIS exact scenario from happening. Enterprise here I come.
Several terrible experiences here. Last rental we had sprung a leak in the tire and the owner refused to give us a replacement and said we had to drive the car to the airport on the flat if we wanted another car. We just gave him another chance. Made a confirmed reservation in advance and got a call last minute from this agency which said they were cancelling the reservation. Beware! Do not rent a car from this location! I received a call from Ron who claimed to be the manager. We have had a reservation for over a month. He said he did not have a car for us. He was unwilling to locate a car anywhere. His only suggestion was to go to airport and get a car. I am already in Castle Rock with no car. I also want to talk to district manager.
