Dirty place. Please Do not use their srevice. If I am USA citizen, they will pay big money for what they did for me. 이제까지 경험해보지 못한 어이없는 서비스. 시스템 문제로 다른 고객들이 대기상황인데 오히려 배째라며 고객에게 큰소리 치는 곳. 7월 30일부터 한달간 차량을 사용하고 8월 30일 부터 약한달간 더사용하는 상황이었음. 첫번째 받은 차는 청소도 되어있지 않은 상태였음. 8월 30일부터 추가로 렌트한 건은 trip.com을 통해 사전 결재한 건임에도 불구하고 600달러 이상이 추가 청구되었으며 상세 내역도 렌트 시 상세 설명도 제공되지 않음. 거의 사기꾼 수준임. 두 번째 차를 교환하러 갔을 때는 시스템 문제가 있어 나중에 오거나 다른 곳으로 가라고함. 전날 바쁜 일정으로 시간 좀 변경해도 되냐고 직접 찾아가서 물었더니 매몰차게 안된다해서 다른 바쁜 일정을 미루고 다음날 다시 방문한 상황. 이어지는 일정이 있어 가까운 다른 곳에 가도 ... read more

If I could put 0 stars, I would. My father and I went to pick up our rental that we reserved beforehand. When we arrived, we were greeted by a man in the parking lot. After some conversation and from seeing our last name on the paper work/reservation, he learned that we were Middle Eastern. He told us that our truck wasn’t ready yet, so he said he’d flip us into another truck of the same size, which we were fine with. Had an excellent experience renting from this location all thanks to Michael. Michael was extremely helpful in getting me situated with my rental, though the booking was done last minute he was able to get me into a vehicle quickly and truly appreciate the help and service provided. Will definitely rent from this location again

TLDR: The vehicle I requested was not available. The replacement vehicle was not washed or cleaned. It was FILTHY. But more importantly, the bipolar employee named "Mahmoud" drove recklessly then made some angry, racist gestures toward me. STAY AWAY! --- I picked up a car from this location today, and the entire experience went from inconvenient to completely unacceptable.
