Stay as far away from this place as you can. Unless you want locked inside over a minor dispute and assaulted because you’re protecting yourself by recording. Absolutely disgusting behavior by this company.
We had the worst experience. I booked online. When we arrived, the man at the desk was instantly rude. He, with attitude, asked if I had a reservation. In which I responded that I did. He rudely said he wasn’t sure how I had gotten a reservation because they are only renting to NASCAR families this weekend. Well I had a confirmation number and they charged my card.
