Bradley and Ethan were absolutely wonderful to work with. We had three cars rented and they were so kind through the process. Even switching out a car for us from the mall to the airport which was so helpful. I can’t thank them enough for working with me!! Highly recommend.
Started off badly when the rental car was dirty at pickup. Had wipes with me and cleaned it myself but that was not the end of it. The following day a spider the size of my hand crawled out of the air vent when we were driving. Thankfully, we were in an area that it was safe to jump out of the car, but I can’t imagine if this had happened on the highway. Tried calling the office numerous times but no one picked up.
