Process was easy and staff (Garrett) was helpful.
Garrett, the owner provided unbelievable customer service, which is hard to find nowadays. Instead of the impersonal service we have all become accustomed to, it was refreshing to have an old world 🌎 experience. Rent from this location and feel appreciated for your business.
Don’t trust they have the truck you reserved. Call before you go.
This location is under new ownership! Garrett was super helpful and knew what to do with my complicated car exchange. I rent cars often and will only go here when I need a rental car
This AVIS was so good! I got screwed by the airport location (it was a busy night) but then I came here the next day and Matthiau and Gabriella took care of me so quick!
