This is the BEST Avis I have ever been to in Virginia. The Saturday morning crew is amazing. Cassondra was fantastic!
If I could give zero stars I would. I prepaid my rental car totaling $800. I went to pick up my car and the lady tells me they have nothing available can’t tell me if she is expecting anything later, just NOTHING. I would expect if someone prepaid a vehicle that I should have had a car saved for me for pick up. I rent atleast once or twice a month. ROBIN IS AWESOME. My reservation didn't show, she hunted it down. Made me laugh the entire time! Then the system played with us but she took care of me and I worked her! Love it. Thank you, Robin.
Very disappointing experience with Avis. I had a confirmed reservation and confirmation number, but when I arrived at the airport, the first thing the agent said was, "WE HAVE A PROBLEM." I was then told Avis would not honor my reservation because it was made the same day. No such restriction was disclosed when I booked, and there was no indication that a confirmed reservation would not be honored.
