Poor service
This place is a joke. I reserved a full size pickup TWO WEEKS in advance. I showed up at 9am (opening) to pick up the reservation. Waited 10 minutes for the employee to show up and unlock the door. Wesley proceeds to tell me “I ain’t got no pickup, only thing I can do is give you that Dodge SUV.” There was a Toyota Tacoma sitting out front that, when I asked about, he said “hadn’t been dropped off yet.” When I politely pressed him, Wesley said “I can’t do anything you gotta call Avis.” And that’s it.
