We reserved a 12 to 15 passenger van for a family road trip with several relatives who came in from out of town. When we arrived, we were told my mother couldn’t rent the van because she only had a debit card and they required a credit card for deposits . We tried to resolve it on the spot, even offering to have my sister use her credit card and add her to the reservation. The employee refused. I’ll start by saying the car I rented was excellent, but the customer service was horrible! When I got to the location the counter rep Tyler was very rude and disrespectful to my wife and I and was refusing to give me and my wife a car that was reserved for over a month and realized the car it was and that I had protection then changed his attitude.
