I’ll start by saying the car I rented was excellent, but the customer service was horrible! When I got to the location the counter rep Tyler was very rude and disrespectful to my wife and I and was refusing to give me and my wife a car that was reserved for over a month and realized the car it was and that I had protection then changed his attitude.
