Horrible Customer Service! My family and I prepaid for a Premium SUV 3 months ago, arriving this morning for pickup, the store manager, the unfriendliest person I have ever met, went ahead to explain how they did not have the size of the vehicle we reserved. So, Avis keeps almost $2000 for three months and the best they could do was just apologize. This scam of prepaying and giving out the same vehicle to the highest bidder has got to stop!!! Great service
We travel a lot, often getting rental cars, and both times we've used this store they've been wonderful. Literally the only place without a million hidden fees and high pressure upgrades. Very friendly employees and the cars have been great. Thank you!
