Very cold. They used to value customer service there. I felt like they really take advantage of their customers when an extension is needed. Boo
I rented a car for a work trip and in the middle of my day I had a flat tire. I went to this location because they were the closest Avis to where I was, and I was helped more than I could imagine. Michelle was friendly and dropped what she was doing to help me get a new car asap to continue to my work meetings. She called Juan over at the airport and he rushed it over and they swapped my car for me. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thank you so much Michelle and Juan!
Professional, friendly place, the worker there made me feel welcome. I was turned down for a car rental based on credit, but that was my fault. I will recommend this Avis location and would return if I needed a car and I knew my credit was better. This is a 10 star place. 😊
This place is horrible if I could. I would give it 0 stars. I walked in all smiles and happy and they were rude as can be first of all. I called to confirm my forms of payment on the phone was told my payment methods would work once I put the money where it needed to be and got here. They told me that it wouldn't work and when I found other options. They looked for reasons why that wouldn't work so I went to another car rental place because calling them wouldn't work.
