Had an suv hybrid booked for nearly a week. Go to pick it up. It's all electric. Ask for something else. But refuse to help. Also refused to help with getting my money back.. Avoid this place

I was overcharged for an entire WEEK, and when I tried to get the issue corrected, I was met with resistance instead of customer service. They refused to refund the money I believe I was improperly charged and would not genuinely listen to my concerns or make a reasonable effort to resolve the situation.
