I am beyond outrage. For years I’ve only used Avis but this location has really disappointed me. I had a prepaid reservation to pick up a car in the evening close to closing so that I could hit the road the next day at 5:30am. How do you not have any cars available when I get there. Staff say I’m sorry we haven’t had cars all day. So you knew at the beginning of the day that you didn’t have any cars and there’s no protocol to call and notify anyone with a reservation today. Good customer service. But the rental I was given was disgusting. Dirty car, bird dropping on the windshield. The whole Interior just dirty. The car was dirty, has no windshield fluid to clean the windshield. Plus it need oil.
John has exceptional customer service and always prompt. Whenever I reserve there’s no wait. Clean cars no hassle and easy pick up and drop off.
