Horrible horrible experience and service. My sister has been waiting for 5 hours. 1 person working, unorganized, slow, worst rental place ever.

I am beyond outrage. For years I’ve only used Avis but this location has really disappointed me. I had a prepaid reservation to pick up a car in the evening close to closing so that I could hit the road the next day at 5:30am. How do you not have any cars available when I get there. Staff say I’m sorry we haven’t had cars all day. So you knew at the beginning of the day that you didn’t have any cars and there’s no protocol to call and notify anyone with a reservation today.
