Tim the best customer service! In and out in no time so kind
Tim was fantastic. We had made a reservation for a mini van and then told the night before that there wasn’t one available. We needed one to move in our daughter into college and we were panicked. Tim found one and took care of us. He went way over and above. I would give him 10 stars if I could. He embodied customer service. I will rent with Avis again because of him. He did a superb job job!!
This is absolutely the worst place to rent a car. I booked a car and was told to pick up from here and was told they have no vehicles
Same situation. The owner keeps asking me to clean the car otherwise I will be charged $450. I don’t think he will clean the car and will just rent it to the next customer
Very chaotic experience. I reserved a car but on arrival was told they weren’t sure if they had a car for me before the agent went searching for keys. The staff rude and dismissive, both during my initial check in and follow up phone calls with both me and my spouse. The agent outright lied to me over the phone.
