Same situation. The owner keeps asking me to clean the car otherwise I will be charged $450. I don’t think he will clean the car and will just rent it to the next customer

Very chaotic experience. I reserved a car but on arrival was told they weren’t sure if they had a car for me before the agent went searching for keys. The staff rude and dismissive, both during my initial check in and follow up phone calls with both me and my spouse. The agent outright lied to me over the phone. The car had snacks from the prior renter and rental agreements from prior customers. The agent was surprised when I pointed out a large dent and scratches on the car. I’ve attempted renting from this location three times. The first time, they told me it was too cold to clean my car, so they gave me a car covered in trash. Old food, wrappers, sodas etc. Disgusting. The bumper and front license plate was also missing from the car, which was not noted on the damage form. Thankfully I caught it before leaving. They only ever have 1 person on duty
