We had a good experience with this Avis. I do wish that they would let customers know that you can still rent with them after they close. This was not information that was shared on the Avis app. They have a very convenient box for after hours pick up as well as returns. It would’ve saved us from having to stay at the awful Lodge across the street as we would’ve had a vehicle after our flight landed.
Phenomenal staff. Can’t say enough good things.

Yvonne was SOOOO kind and empathetic with our car rental issue. Avis car rental is TERRIBLE but Yvonne made the process of figuring out how to get the car we rented tire fixed because Avis (from Cary NC) gave us a car with tire that kept leaking air. The team over at Pellston Airport is so kind encouraging and went above and beyond for my family. THANK YOU!!!!
