If you want an exceptional rental experience, when renting in Denton, Texas, do yourself a favor and go see Andi at Avis rental car. I make it a point to rent here because if the customer service, straight forward communication and willingness to help in all situations. Great place and people!
I am extremely unhappy with my experience at this Avis location. I would avoid it and go to the other Avis in San Jacinto Plaza moving forward. I don't recall his name but his picture is in the photos associated ^^^. This guy threatened to charge me $450 cleaning fee for standard dirt and bugs from a ~1000 mile rental period driving in West Texas, if I didn't take the car to the car wash myself. Mind you this was not mud, just dirt and bugs debris and by no means excessive. I paid for a standard wash and it literally came ri... read more
