Returned the car way early and they charged me for a ridiculous late fee. Lol called up couple time to get this resolved and the agent was yelled at me for nonsense. Lol avoid this AVIS
I just picked up a rental car from Johnny at the Budget location located at the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, He delivered outstanding customer service and even upgraded me at no additional charge. This is why I always rent from this location. Johnny always delivers excellent customer service.
Rented a car through Avis for the first time for the weekend of 12-4 to 12-7, having flown into MesaGateway approximately 20 times in the last 9 years we usually use other rental car companies but we thought we would try them. Upon arriving home we noticed an additional $170 charge on our credit card, so called customer service he told me $130 was for fuel and $40 for airport fees, even though we had proof that we did fill up and already paid $60 in airport fees he did not want to remove any of the extra charges.
