Sat at location for over 2 hours waiting for someone to give her my reserved car and nobody showed up. I ended up having to get a Uber just to get home. Worst experience ever.
Rented a mini van for a small road trip. This thing was disgusting. I had to use my own time and money to clean it out. Id have just refused the vehicle if I wasnt in a rush.
