Sharis was absolutely wonderful. We needed a larger vehicle for our trip and he made sure we got what we needed. Best experience I have ever had renting a car! Customer Service Excellence.
The only place I’d recommend renting a car from. Sharif was extremely helpful after multiple places gave me the run around.
The representative at the front desk was very polite and respectful. The process was was easy and fast. I recommend renting a car through Avis Car Rental in Lee Summit MO or any location in your surrounding areas. There’s no hassle whatsoever.
Horrible service at this location! We showed up 30 min before our designated return time and there was nobody present at the counter to allow us to return the vehicle. We waited for an hour trying to phone the number left on the counter and were unable to reach anyone, there were no employees present during posted business hours. This will be my absolute very last time renting from Avis. Every single time I rent from Avis I don’t have a good experience whatsoever. I should’ve known not to rent from them again after my May 2025 experience. I reserved a rental because my family and I were traveling 40+ hours on a train to California and they didn’t have the vehicle available and didn’t even bother to call and inform me.
