We had a fantastic and unique experience with this location. I want to call attention to the fact that all of the reviews for this location are generally 1 or 5 stars, and all the 5 star reviews have one thing in common: Sharif. Sharif provided us with excellent customer service when we came to pick up the vehicle. They did not have the type of car we had rented but Sharif found a great vehicle that perfectly met our needs. Just don’t! Called days in advance to confirm car could be picked early. Arrived to no employee on site or answering the number listed at the front desk. Left and returned and found the employee ready to assist. Very friendly, but off the bat advised me that he could offer me a vehicle with a cracked windshield. I obviously declined. Once I finally got the vehicle, it was dirty, full of animal hair and not presentable for a renter. It was obvious there was no transition period from the prior renter. Sharis was absolutely wonderful. We needed a larger vehicle for our trip and he made sure we got what we needed. Best experience I have ever had renting a car! Customer Service Excellence.

The representative at the front desk was very polite and respectful. The process was was easy and fast. I recommend renting a car through Avis Car Rental in Lee Summit MO or any location in your surrounding areas. There’s no hassle whatsoever.
