I booked a car online about a week before I needed it and Avis calls me on the day when I am to pick up the car to tell me they were canceling my rental because they couldn't find any cars. That is truly disappointing and frustrating. They definitely could have found a car at their airport location if they wanted to. AVIS needs to do better.
They helped when enterprise failed. Will rent again!
