I made a reservation one month ago because I need a larger car to carry the entire family to airport. They canceled my reservation three days before the flight, jeopardizing my entire itinerary, including thousands dollars of flight tickets. They offered no help. I’m very disappointed that they broke their commitments so lightly.
I’ve been renting here for 5 years, and never had any problems. Mariana is always amazing and super helpful. If it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t have been able to get my Grand daughter. Always great service, and great rates!!! Thank you, David

Place should install a drop box. Had trouble returning a car, during business hours, because no one was there.
