I will never rent from this company again. I forgot my wallet in the car and called as soon as I noticed and they dont care and would not even check the car for left behind items. THEY DO NOT CARE! I was told I shouldn't exempt to get it back. I dont understand how a company operates like this. My husband is the one who left it in the car. I didnt know the policy, so now Im screwed
Tenía una reserva para renta de auto, al llegar mostré mi licencia y pasaporte. La señorita groseramente me dijo que solo acepta licencia de conducir de USA. Le pedí hablar con su jefe pero se negó. Al final fui a Hertz y de inmediato rente un auto.
Jamie was fantastic to work with at the Avis Car Rental booth in the Medford, OR airport. She was so kind, helpful and pleasant. She made our day and trip, to ensure we had exactly what we needed and extra care during a very busy airport time. Thank you Jamie!
Do not book with this company. I was charged over $400 after NOT receiving any rental car and shit service. I paid online in full. Made my husband the primary driver since I was at my second job for the day... I get him a lyft there so our other car can go to the shop that evening.... he gets told he needs a CC in his name to pay a $250 deposit (never was told about a deposit in the email or I would have transferred $ onto one of his cards to do so and send it with him)...
