I will never rent from this company again. I forgot my wallet in the car and called as soon as I noticed and they dont care and would not even check the car for left behind items. THEY DO NOT CARE! I was told I shouldn't exempt to get it back. I dont understand how a company operates like this. My husband is the one who left it in the car. I didnt know the policy, so now Im screwed
Tenía una reserva para renta de auto, al llegar mostré mi licencia y pasaporte. La señorita groseramente me dijo que solo acepta licencia de conducir de USA. Le pedí hablar con su jefe pero se negó. Al final fui a Hertz y de inmediato rente un auto.
