After experiencing terrible customer service at another rental place, I needed a rental car and fast. Greg at Avis at MFR was so kind and understanding. He was able to quickly get me on the road.

Avis rental car at medford airport is a very convenient location. Staff was courteous & friendly. Upon my arrival to pick up rental car, the process was quick & easy. Returning the vehicle was equally as easy. The vehicle itself had a full tank of gas, was extremely clean, both inside and out. The price was very reasonable with unlimited mileage. I was very pleased with Avis Car Rental & will definitely use them the next time I travel
