I had a terrible experience. I returned my car in perfect condition to the Medford, Oregon airport at the agreed upon time of 5:30 a.m June 1st, and put my keys in a lock box, as there was no one present when I was returning the car. I received an email 10 days later stating that I had returned the car with a broken window. On the inspection report it shows that my car was inspected 10 hours after I dropped it off and that the front windshield was cracked all the way through at time of inspection. Stopped by the Avis counter to ask where the Alamo desk was located. The unhappy looking lady sitting with her feet up on the counter playing on her phone, looks up and rudly says it's down there. Not sure if this is why Avis hasn't had anyone in line since I've been waiting here at the airport. But this would be a deal breaker for me.
Rental was really fast, easy, they gave me a great car, explained everything. Can only say great things. The airport is also so convenient! Less than 5 minutes to be in your car!
We arrived shortly before midnight and I was concerned about getting a car that late but there was a friendly AVIS rep behind the desk! He was ready for me and it took about 5 minutes to get the paperwork and we were on our way. The car was clean and practically new. All went well with pick up and return. I will use them on the next trip!
We rented a van. It was so great to have the extra room for moving small items from one house to another during moving. Our most breakable items were well protected and safe. During check out and check in the staff were great. Super nice and helpful. Thank you
