I had a pleasant experience picking up my rental from here!! I reserved a rental in advance and as soon as I got there, everything was ready. Steve was super quick to help me out, thorough and informative.
Would have been more than 3 stars but rented a small economy car they gave me a large suv.
Greedy and unfair. Had to rent quickly because of car trouble and was out of state. Was told I had to prepay. Thanks to an amazing mechanic we got our car back next day in the same state. Avis will NOT refund prepays. I’m out almost $300. Only good thing about them was I liked the car.
