Had a problem with our avis car. Roadside emergency service told us to go to the yakima office to get an exchange. We detoured for 40 mins to get to yakima only to find out that they did not receive any exchange request and they could not give a like-for-like exchange. Spent another hour on the phone with avis again and they directed us to another location, hopefully we would get an exchange there.

Do not rent from this place, worst customer service. They arrive late to work and dont answer the phone.
