I recently worked with Miguel Camacho to reserve a rental car for an upcoming vacation to Hilton Head, South Carolina and had a great experience from start to finish. I might add that I had worked with Miguel a couple of years ago and experienced the same level of satisfaction. Miguel’s customer service skills were superb. Worst service I have ever experienced. If I could give it zero stars I would. Thank you to Hertz who was able to remedy the problems Avis’s company can care less to fix. Do rely on confirmations from their company. They will be sold out and they will take your money.
John was very mean to my family Edit: Turns out the gentleman’s name was jack, he lied about his name and it only came out when working with one of his colleagues during a return.
Nikki was fabulous, super friendly, and so kind with helping through my frustration with another rental car company booking through 3rd party and being completely out of rentals! Nikki saved the day and our vacation!!
Do not rent from Avis at this location. They do not honor their rentals and when they don’t have cars they tell you to leave. The part time employee that only works on the weekends is extremely rude and condescending. Refused to provide any details as to when we could expect to be able to pick up a car, management info to reach out for help, etc.
