Hands down the best Avis experience I've ever had. If you're renting a car in Edmonton, I'd highly recommend skipping the airport, staying downtown for a night (we stayed at the JW Marriott) and renting from this location. Talat went above and beyond. We were on a family trip through Edmonton, Jasper, Banff, and Calgary, and he upgraded us to a larger vehicle at a fantastic price. I had a fantastic experience renting at this Avis city centre location. Thanks to Talat he was very friendly, professional, and took his time to explain everything clearly. The process and pickup was quick and hassle-free. Returning the vehicle was just as easy, with no unexpected charges. I would definitely rent from him and Avis again at this location and highly recommend their service to others.
I always rent from this place. Pick up and return is always seamless, the cars are in great condition, and Talat's customer service cannot be beat. He always greets me with a smile and is always willing to answer any question. I will not rent from anywhere else in the city.
I have rented about 15 vehicles from this location over the past six months, and there is a definitive reason I keep coming back. Talat has been the associate helping me nearly every time, and he is absolutely excellent at his job. He is always so cheerful, genuine, and consistently turns my routine work rentals into a pleasant experience. I'll continue to come to this location as long as Talat is working the desk.
i use this Avis location a lot and they’re always super helpful and friendly Talat and Ramin are especially great and always take the time to help out when needed everything is quick and easy and i love the 24/7 drop off with the keybox it’s really convenient for me
