Hands down the best rental location I’ve had to deal with. Zoran ( Hope I wrote it right) has been incredibly helpful and accommodating with every booking I’ve done with Avis/Budget. Cars are always given to me clean and tidy with absolutely no issues. Thank you for all your help !

The person working at this location has a very poor attitude , picking up the vehicle was super unpleasant and drop off was worse. Don’t recommend this location at all, he seems like he hates dealing with people.

0 starts. When I arrived I was waiting 20 minutes for an employee. I called after about 5 and he said he had stepped away from the counter. I was returning my vehicle in calgary 3 hours later and signed to pay $134. They charged me $305 and didn’t explain why until over a week later. They said because the return time as 2:30PM (I didn’t get the vehicle until 1:55) and I didn’t drop off the vehicle until 5 that it cost more. They also charged $103 for half a tank of gas. Not as bad as the reviews might make you think! The staff were friendly/helpful enough. Be sure to allow yourself some extra time to locate their counter, as finding it and returning the car isn’t the simplest process. That’s why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5.
