Horrible front desk lady. She kept shouting at me that I booked my reservation today and kept saying “you are lucky you have a van” After that it was all that attitude as if I bothered her by doing business with Avis. End up not taking their rental, stay way from this location!
I recently booked a small car rental from the Avis at this location. I am a premium Avis account member. The car that was provided to me had a flat tire and an engine light that came on. The reason I gave this car rental location a 1 is because despite going to the location twice to get another vehicle without any issues and calling them about it, the agent did nothing to help out or to resolve my issue. I was hesitant at first because I was given a pickup truck but it's okay since the option I chose was their mystery vehicle. The first time I drove one was from UHaul. The lady said the feedback she got from her family member who recently used the same vehicle was that it was a good ride. After using it for three days with unlimited mileage, I am now seriously considering getting one when the time comes. The features of the pickup truck was awesome. Absolutely atrocious experience. I made a pay-now reservation on Aug 15 for Aug 16-20 for an intermediate, showed up as available when I was making the reservation. Reservation email came back as confirmed. Mind you, we made travel plans according to our car reservation. When I went to pickup the vehicle, I'm told that no intermediates are available, and only pickups are available. Usually, it's standard policy that when a vehicle isn't available, they give you a free upgrade to the next class. They don't mention this and sa... read more
