Service is amazing at Roper road location
I’m very disappointed with my experience at Avis. They claimed I caused damage to the car, but thankfully I had taken a clear video before driving off, which showed the damage was already there. Because of that, I didn’t have to pay or involve my insurance. Still, it was a frustrating and stressful situation. I don’t know if it was an honest mistake or something more intentional, but it shows a lack of proper inspection and accountability on their part. Extremely rude and overcharged me . They never answer the phone. I wish I had 0 stars option. Now I will have to call customer service for the refund for these guys mistake.
