I was hesitant at first because I was given a pickup truck but it's okay since the option I chose was their mystery vehicle. The first time I drove one was from UHaul. The lady said the feedback she got from her family member who recently used the same vehicle was that it was a good ride. Absolutely atrocious experience. I made a pay-now reservation on Aug 15 for Aug 16-20 for an intermediate, showed up as available when I was making the reservation. Reservation email came back as confirmed. Mind you, we made travel plans according to our car reservation. When I went to pickup the vehicle, I'm told that no intermediates are available, and only pickups are available. Usually, it's standard policy that when a vehicle isn't available, they give you a free upgrade to the next class. They don't mention this and sa... read more
