Updated. So they ask for a good review before taking your payment but after asking for Social Security number. For a 10$ discount. Guess their desperate to get their rating up. Because I didnt have a credit card and because I was not withing 50miles of my 2 forms of proof of address I could not get a rental. Even using another card would not be accepted.
