This was a wonderful experience. We left Enterprise because they didnt have our vehicle and thankfully Avis came through. But I have to be honest, it was Carlos that made this all happen. He is such a professional, so kind and you can tell he knows what he is doing. He was able to resolve all of our issues and do it swiftly. Thank you so much Carlos for all of your help and giving us what we needed on your busiest day of the year-Thanksgiving. Thank you thank you 5 stars!!!

I have been going to the H96 location, the one in Miami Gardens, for Avis/Budget for over four years at this point. Carlos and Eloy have always been accommodating and go out of their way to ensure their customers get the best treatment possible. They do their best and it shows.
